You may leave a contact number with any enquiries or purchases for us to contact you if you would rather speak to someone over the phone. The phone number given on the website is for salon bookings only.
5. Please allow 24-48hrs for despatch of your purchased items and please allow 4-5 working days for item to be delivered by Royal Mail.
7. All returned items must be returned within 28 days of reciept

Returns Policy
Our returns policy is as follows:

customers get first class service.
If, however,
we make a mistake in your order, or there is
a defect in a product (not including packaging),
we will rectify the mistake at our expense, including
the cost of post and packaging on any items returned
to us.

to return an item within the cancellation period,
you must intimate to us in writing of this return
within 7 working days from the day after the
date of receipt of the goods, the cost of post
and packaging for this return must be borne by
you.
Please note
that we can only accept products returned within
the cancellation period, IF:
- There is
no damage to the packaging.
- The product
container has not been opened.
If an item
is returned to us in a damaged/opened condition,
we will not reimburse the customer nor return
the item at our expense. It will be up to the
customer to arrange collection.
